All bookings made with Adventure Safari Tour are subject to availability and confirmation.

Guests must arrive on time for scheduled pickup. Delays or no-shows may result in cancellation without refund.

Participation in activities such as dune bashing, quad biking, sandboarding, and other adventure experiences is voluntary and at the guest’s own risk. Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the guide at all times.

Adventure Safari Tour reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, operational requirements, or government regulations.

The company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Adventure Safari Tour shall not be held liable for any personal injury, accident, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the tour.

Guests are responsible for their own personal items throughout the experience.

Although all necessary safety precautions are taken, participation in adventure activities is at the guest’s own discretion. By joining the tour, guests acknowledge and accept all inherent risks associated with desert activities.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability.
